 We produce toning tables like the one shown here starting with 4x8 sheets of steel. We cut, bend, weld, and cover the sheet metal, steel, or aluminum to a finished product ready for delivery. We have been manufacturing these toning tables since 1988. We specialize in prototype building and can manufacture major production runs for extended periods of time.  We manufacture Tropical Rayz Tanning Beds like the ones above using 4x8 sheets of steel. We cut, bend, and weld the steel together and powder coat in our own facility. We have been manufacturing 34 different tanning bed models since 1995. We also offer tanning bed parts here.

We also make "dog poop boxes" or pet waste stations like the one shown above. This project included designing the bag delivery system and the ergonomic trash can. Made from flat steel...we cut, bend, powder coat and ship for our client.
